Guardian Fitness

Guardian Fitness began in October 2014 by Parfait N’Donda to help people with demanding lives improve their fitness and health.

We believe in building strong relationships with our clients to improve balance in your life through greater attention to fitness and health – without going overboard.

Our modern and energetic studio provides you the supportive and encouraging environment to let you focus on:

The Guardian Fitness trainers are certified in a number of different sports and are here to help you reach your fitness goals. Across our team of 4, we offer training in Olympic lifting, body building, boxing, nutrition, stretching and more. We choose our coaches carefully and they are not only experienced, but consistently keep up with the latest techniques and training methods via seminars and workshops.

Whether you would like to get stronger, faster, more flexible or get some advice on your nutrition, our team are here to help and push you to meet those goals. We train people from any background and any fitness level.

We’re also committed to the environment and ensure all studio fittings, such as the flooring, meet stringent environmental and performance standards.


Our training style is centred around catering to your specific needs rather than selling a generic program.  The team take great pride in getting to know clients first, work out their style, stamina and needs then incorporate the fitness into their daily routine to create a balanced lifestyle.  The studio is a welcoming and supportive environment, where everyone is friendly and approachable and just the right size to give you the personal attention you deserve.   


  • Are male and female instructors available? Yes, we have male and female instructors to meet your requirements. 
  • Can I train with my child? Yes, we can organize dual sessions for children over 7 years old. 
  • Is there an ability to have the session online? No, currently we are in-person only in order to ensure you have proper technique and support.  
  • How many times a week would be ideal for me to see results? We suggest a minimum of twice a week, supported by a healthy diet. 
  • Can you help me with my diet and nutrition? Yes, we have a nutritionist who can help create a plan for you (at extra cost)
