ILK Platform Channels usage information may also be collected using cookies (as defined above). ILK will collect information that personally identifies you and/or your location, where required (this may include your name, email address, home address, telephone number, geolocation, etc.). Providing such information is voluntary, and by providing such information, you consent to our collection and use of it, as described in this Policy.  We collect this information exclusively to carry out the functions offered on ILK Platform Channels and to provide you with offers and information about ILK and other services we think you may be interested in. We use a credit card processing company and electronic payment platforms to bill and collect from users for purchases and services. We use third party service providers, contractors and clients to facilitate ILK Platform Channels and the services we provide, and they may have access to Personal Information. In the event we merge or consolidate with another institution, Personal Information may be transferred to the successor entity. We use Personal Information obtained from you to process our services. In the process, you must provide additional financial information such as credit card number, expiration date, wire transfer or account information. This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill services.

You consent to ILK collecting and using your personal information for processing your order on ILK Platform Channel and any other service provided through the platform. In particular you expressly consent that ILK may disclose your personal information, including your name, email address, physical address and telephone number to tutors providing the course, or employees of the tutors or by third parties providing services to you. You consent to ILK using your personal information for advertising and direct marketing purposes in order to inform you about the ILK Platform Channels and the courses and services it provides, or other matters that it believes will be of interest to you. ILK may disclose your personal information, and you consent to the disclosure of your personal information, to other entities within the ILK group of companies; and third parties engaged by ILK or other members of the ILK group to perform functions or provide courses and services on our behalf such as processing payments, mail outs, debt collection, research, statistical information, marketing and direct or indirect advertising.

We may share Non-Personal Information, including aggregated demographic and statistical information, with our affiliates, partners, contractors, clients and others. Such information could be used to provide us with statistical or other analysis. We may also share Non-Personal Information with our affiliates, partners, contractors, clients and others in connection with reviews or surveys that you submit to us to post on ILK Platform Channels or other websites or on third-party social networking sites such as Facebook and Instagram.

We are concerned about identity theft and the practice currently known as “phishing”. Our top priority is to protect you from identity theft. We do not and will not, at any time, request your credit card information, your account ID, login password, or national identification numbers in a non-secure or unsolicited e-mail or telephone communication.

We will use reasonable endeavours to comply with your request within a reasonable period of receipt of your request. Please note that the withdrawal of any authorisations for processing of your personal information by third parties may result in us not being able to provide you with any services. ILK reserves the right to disclose your personal information if it is required or authorised to do so by law, or, if it is reasonably necessary in its opinion to protect the rights or property of  ILK or any third party, or to avoid injury to any person. If the ILK business is sold or merges with another entity then some or all of your personal information may be passed to a third party.

We collect comments and feedbacks from users provide on ILK Platform Channels and such feedbacks will be publicly viewable.

We may provide links on ILK Platform Channels to other sites of interest or to sites that perform services for us. We do not review or endorse the content of these sites or guarantee that they will abide by this Policy. Your use of such linked sites is subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of the providers of those sites.
