Course Duration: 60 minutes per session, 1 session per week, 1 - 8 sessions in total

Make-up Lesson: No sick leave / leave of absence or Make up lesson

Remarks:

• We will only provide skates and sticks rental.
• The participants are responsible for purchasing their own elbow, knee, and head protection in order to join the class.
  
• While a basic bicycle helmet and general protection gear are acceptable for the beginner class, it is advisable to purchase ice hockey-specific protection for optimal safety (can contact us to buy hockey gear).
  

*Adverse Weather Arrangements:
In case of adverse weather conditions, classes will only be cancelled and replaced if a Typhoon 8 Signal or Black Rain signal is issued.

Terms and Condition:

• No leave of absence or sick leave will be granted. If a participant skips a class, no refund or replacement class will be provided.
• Once a participant has registered and payment has been received, no refunds will be given, and the participant will be bound by these terms and conditions.
• Participants are responsible for their own safety. Coaches will provide basic safety guidance, but the coach or Challenger Sports Association LTD will not be liable for any injuries sustained by participants during the program.
• The program may be canceled or rescheduled, with advanced communication of any changes to participants.
• Admission may be denied or participants removed from the program for violating the terms and conditions or causing disruptions. No refund will be issued in such cases.
• By participating, you allow Challenger Sports Association Ltd. to take and use photos and videos of you for promotional purposes without compensation or approval.
• Participants must comply with all program policies. Failure to do so may result in denial of admission or removal from the program, without any refund.
• By providing personal data, you acknowledge that it will only be used for registration purposes, kept confidential, and only used for communication and data record purposes by Challenger Sports Association Ltd.
• These terms and conditions may be modified by Challenger Sports Association LTD without prior notice, and participants agree to be bound by any such modifications.
