Course Duration: 60 - 90 minutes per session, 3 - 8 sessions in total
*Adverse Weather Arrangements:
- Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Above or Black Rainstorm Warning: All outdoor and indoor sessions will be cancelled.
- Red Rainstorm Warning: Indoor sessions will continue. Outdoor sessions will be cancelled.
- Typhoon Signal No. 3 or Amber Rainstorm or Thunderstorm Warning: All outdoor and indoor sessions will continue.
- The coaches reserve the right to cancel the session according to the on-site situation.
- If typhoon or rainstorm signal is lowered 2 hours before a scheduled class, then sessions will continue as usual.
*Must prepare / purchase item: All ASA students are required to purchase the new ASA uniform for HKD$350. (Mandatory for attending ASA classes, *Except Camps)

Remarks:
- Sessions are run on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Class availability will be updated on our website monthly.
- Times and dates may be subject to change based on demand.
- No refund or credit for students withdrawing after a course has been confirmed.
- Outdoor sessions will be canceled in the event of a Red Rainstorm, Typhoon 8, or higher. The coaches reserve the right to cancel the session according to the on-site situation.
- Coaches reserve the right to cancel sessions based on on-site conditions.
- Indoor sessions will be canceled only in the event of a Black Rainstorm or Typhoon 8.
- If sessions are canceled due to venue issues or bad weather, ASA will offer options for a makeup class.
- If any sessions are cancelled due to venue problems or bad weather, ASA will offer several options for a make up class. Consequently, if you are unable to make time for the given options, the lesson will NOT be credited.
- If a student misses a session for any other reason, lessons will not be credited.
- Parents and guardians will be contacted via SMS 1 hour prior to a scheduled session if a cancellation occurs.

- NO SESSIONS ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.
- No parking available on the camp.
