Make-up Lesson: If student cannot attend the lesson, kindly inform us at least 1 day before the lesson schedule to reschedule the lesson. Else, we will count as a session.
Certificate: Student will get certificate upon completion of lessons but it’s dependable based on our terms and condition
Advanced Course: We provide advanced course for preparation university entrance exam and university level
*Adverse Weather Arrangements: No, since it is online lesson so will not have weather arrangements
*Terms and Conditions:
- All sessions taken are valid for 1 month with an extension of 2 weeks (total time is 6 weeks). Outside of this time, if there are any remaining sessions it will be counted as forfeited.
- Minimum sessions should be taken 4 sessions monthly. For 8 sessions monthly, please double 4 sessions’ rate.
- Students cannot cancel or change the agreed schedule in a sudden. Please inform us at least 1 day before. If so, it will still count as a session.
- Students are able to ask for additional schedules beside regular schedules if tutor’s available. Please inform us at least 3 days before. Each additional schedule will be charged as a session.
- Students are able to ask for PAID trial (one-time of 60-minute lesson) before taking the whole lesson for 1 month (eligible for new student ONLY). Please be noted that the primary purpose of this session is to assess student's knowledge and capability and serves as a preview of how the sessions are conducted. Parents can join this session to know the big picture of the conducted class.
- We provide a special rate for students who refer their friends to join in our tutoring. Please discuss for more details.
- For group lessons, please bring your own friends to make a group. For students who refer their friends and initialize the group lesson, please take a look on point 6.
