My Own Robot (14 sessions)

The course aims to allow students to design, build, and program their own RICE mini robots, simulating the work of professional engineers through a real product development process. Students will learn how to identify problems from everyday life and apply creative thinking to design solutions, emphasizing the combination of practice and innovation. The learning process includes: Product Design: Observing problems, brainstorming, and drafting designs. Hardware Engineering: Using professional software to create 3D diagrams, 3D printing components, and assembling robots. Software Engineering: Learning block-based programming to write robot behaviors. Course Objectives: Upon completion of the course, students will acquire practical engineering skills, enabling them to independently design and program robots while cultivating problem-solving abilities, creativity, and teamwork spirit, laying a solid foundation for future learning and careers.

Course Duration: Each session lasts 75 minutes, with 1 session per week, totaling 14 sessions.

Application Deadline: 14 days before the course commencement

Trial Lesson Fee: HKD 480 (in Tsuen Wan only) 

Make-up Lesson: Students must notify the Center at least 3 days before the class.

Certificate: Completing the course, students will receive a certificate of completion.

Advanced Course: AI Creator

*Adverse Weather Arrangements:If a No. 8 Typhoon signal or Black rainstorm warning is issued 2 hours before the class, the session will be canceled, and arrangements for a makeup class will be communicated later.

*Must prepare / purchase material: Yes, I-Pad or Laptop

  1. Participants must follow the instructions of the instructors during the course.
  2. Course content and schedule may be adjusted based on weather conditions and participants' abilities; the instructors reserve the final decision-making authority.
  3. If participants are unable to attend the course due to personal reasons (including illness), it will be considered a forfeiture of participation rights, and no refunds will be issued.
  4. Photos and videos taken during the event will be used for the company's records and promotional purposes.
  5. The company reserves the right to modify or terminate the course at any time. Participants will be promptly notified of any changes.
