Course Duration: 60 minutes per session, 1 session per week, 5 sessions in total

Make-up Lesson: 

1. All students must attend classes on time.
2. Students who need to take leave must notify the center during office hours (Monday to Saturday, 09:00-18:00).
3. (i) For personal leave, notice must be given 2 days in advance; (ii) If a student takes sick leave, a doctor's certificate must be provided (to be submitted within one week), and parents must notify the centre at least two hours before class. Only if the leave meets the conditions in (i) or (ii) will a makeup class arrangement be provided; otherwise, no makeup classes will be arranged, and the tuition for that class will not be deferred or refunded.
4. All makeup classes must be chosen from the times provided by the center. If a student fails to attend the arranged makeup class, it will be considered a forfeiture of the makeup class, and tuition will not be deferred; no alternative arrangements will be made for the classroom. The center reserves the right to decide whether to provide makeup classes.

Advanced Course: Ji Ja Primary 1 Admission Interview Practical Class (Sep - Oct)

*Adverse Weather Arrangements:

• Yellow Rainstorm Warning: Classes will proceed as usual.
• Red and Black Rainstorm Warnings:
• If issued at or before 9:30 AM, classes will be canceled (and will resume 2 hours after the warning is lifted).
• If issued after 9:30 AM, ongoing classes will not be affected, but remaining classes will be canceled (and will resume 1 hour after the warning is lifted).
• If still in effect at 3:30 PM, all remaining classes for the day will be canceled.
• Signal No. 1, Signal No. 3 for Typhoon: Classes will proceed as usual.
• Signal No. 8 (or above) for Gale or Storm: All classes will be canceled. Classes will resume 2 hours after the signal is lifted. If the signal is still in effect at 3:30 PM, all remaining classes for the day will be canceled.

All classes affected by red or black rainstorm warnings, or signal No. 8 (or above) for gale or storm, will be rescheduled for makeup classes.

• All photos taken during classes are owned by the center, which has the right to use them for any teaching or promotional purposes. If you, as a parent, do not wish for your child's likeness to be made public, please notify the center in writing.
