Make-up Lesson: 

• Change of date: Each child is entitled to a 1-TIME change of previously scheduled date/s, subject to availability.
  更改上課日子：課堂日期只限更改一次（不論節數）。

• Sick Leave Application: Parents must provide a minimum 2-hour notice. Failure to notify us or notifications less than 1-HOUR will be treated as absent and NO replacements will be accommodated. (NOTE: Doctor's note required for application)
  病假申請：家長必須於該節課之最少兩小時前向我們申請病假及其後出示當日之醫生收據或病假紙。如未能於開課前兩小時通知或不能出示醫生証明，該節將不獲補課。 

• Absence: No replacement lesson/s.
  缺席：如缺席，本課程不設補課之安排。 

*Adverse Weather Arrangements:

• Weather conditions: Please refer to EDB Guidelines for kindergarten arrangements under difficult weather. For session/s cancelled due to severe weather (T3, T8 or above, Red or Black Rainstorm signals), a maximum of 2 replacement sessions are allowed. Parents are advised to contact us to arrange replacement session/s. All replacements will be based on availability and must be completed by 31 December 2025. There will be no refunds and/or credits for session/s paid, under ANY circumstances.  
  惡劣天氣安排：請參照教育局公佈幼稚園在惡劣天氣下的上課安排及指引。因惡劣天氣（紅雨，黑雨，3號及8號或以上風球）導致取消之課堂可獲得最多兩節補課，並必須於2025年12月31日或以前完成。家長須盡早與我們安排補課日期。盼家長明白無論在任何情況下，所繳交之費用一律不會退還或轉讓。

• Refund policy: We regret that we do not provide refunds and/or credits for session/s paid, under normal circumstances.

• Grouping: Children will be grouped based on a combination of their age, ability, experience as well as their interest to ensure they will enjoy the experiences that are offered.
  分組：為令兒童能投入及享受整個學習體驗, 會按照年齡，能力，經驗，以及其興趣而分成學習小組。

• Photos: Photos and Videos will be captured for promotional and/or educational research purposes. Please email us, at babybrain.adm@gmail.com if you do not wish for your child/s to participate.
  拍照：我們將會收集攝影及錄影作推廣及教育研究用途。如有異議，請直接電郵至babybrain.adm@gmail.。

• Baby Brain Programme Team reserves the right to cancel a child's enrolment due to disruptive behaviour and/or negative impact on other children's learning.
  若個別學生擾亂課堂秩序或影響他人上課，Baby Brain 增潤課程小組有權要求該學生退學。

• To preserve the privileges of our enrolled children, any child/sibling not enrolled may NOT enter the campus.
  為保障各學生之權益，校園只供該時段上課之學生進入及使用。

• Baby Brain Team reserves all rights to change the tutor or modify the programme details and/or content without prior notice. 
  Baby Brain 增潤課程小組保留更改課程及轉換導師之權利。

• Personal Data (Privacy) Policy and Statement: Rest assured that any data collected will remain strictly confidential. Data collected will be used exclusively for the purpose of admission and informing you of Baby Brain programs and/or events. The information collected will not be disclosed and/or transferred to third parties without your prior consent.
