Course Duration: 60 - 90 minutes per session, 1 session in total

Absence / Make up class

• We regret that we cannot refund, credit or reschedule classes missed.   
• No classes on public holidays, school holidays or school special events.
• If a child is unfortunately sick, we will try our best to accommodate one make up class (subject to vacancy) if school is informed prior to the start of class and a sicknote issued by a registered doctor is provided. This will be at the complete discretion of MAGART.
• We do not offer make up class for personal leave.

Enforced closures

• In case of RED / BLACK rainstorm warnings or if typhoon signal 3 or higher is hoisted, all classes will be cancelled on that day. There will be NO make-up classes or refund.
• In the event of an “enforced” closure by EDB (non-weather related), there will be no refunds. 

*Must prepare / purchase material: Indoor shoes (recommended)/socks, spare change of clothes (including socks), water, water bottle, snacks, extra masks and extra diapers. Please label all items with your child's name for easier identification and collection.

Health Disclosure

• If your child has fever, any symptoms of sickness or appears unwell please keep your child at home to rest. We also advise taking your child to see a doctor.
• If your child is diagnosed with any communicable disease, please inform MAGART as soon as possible. Please ensure your child seeks medical treatment as appropriate and plenty of rest. A doctor note confirming your child is fully recovered and is fit for school will be required before resuming class.
• Please ensure all parents/ guardians accompanying children are also in good health.
• If your child suffers from any medical or health condition that may affect his/her performance in the class, please consult your doctor before enrolling your child in any courses. 
• MAGART or programme instructors will not be held responsible for any accidents and/or injuries arising from your child’s participation.   
• Please inform us of any food allergies or items to be avoided.

Collection of children

• Please make arrangements for your child to be collected promptly at the end of each session.   
• For accompanied classes, each child must be accompanied by one adult, others please wait outside of school.
