Application Deadline: 3 days before the course commencement
Make-up Lesson:For skip class, please notify us by WhatsApp 48 hours before the class. Make-up or postponement can be arranged. If you are absent without prior notice, the class will be forfeited.
For sick leave, please notify us by WhatsApp 24 hours in advance of the class and please provide a doctor's certificate for our records.
Advanced Course: Depends student’s level or join competitions
*Adverse Weather Arrangements:
- All classes will be cancelled when Tropical Cyclones No.8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.
- If Tropical Cyclone No. 8 or above is forecast, all classes will be cancelled immediately. We will inform parents to collect students.
- If the black rainstorm signal is issued during a class period, we will complete such class with the normal end time. Parents may decide to collect students before classes end.
- All classes will be resumed 2 hours after Tropical Cyclone No.8, or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is cancelled by the Hong Kong Observatory.
- {Centre} still operates in Tropical Cyclone No. 3, Amber or Red Rainstorm Warning. Parents may decide themselves whether to let the students come to EDSA.
- We will provide make-up classes only, not refunds for cancelled classes due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen incidents.
