*If you are unable to attend the charity concert, you can donate your tickets to the Heep Hong Society to distribute to families in need.

All proceeds from this event will be donated to Heep Hong Society after deducting the administrative costs, to support children and young people with special educational needs (SEN) and their families.

2. Complete the donation process on this page. Choose your preferred donation method and follow the instructions to finalize your donation. Upon successful donation, you will receive a confirmation email.
3. Ticket Collection Methods:
1. Ticket Self-Pickup: Please collect your tickets from the Wan Chai office between 10 - 11, 14 - 16 April 2025, from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM or 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Show your confirmation email to receive the concert tickets. (Room 13, 13/F, Capital Centre, No.151 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, HK)
2. SF Express Cash on Delivery: Upon successful donation, please WhatsApp 6919 2589 with your address, phone number, and recipient's name. Tickets will be send out through SF Express during 10-16 April 2025. Please check the status through SF Express app.

Terms & Conditions：

1. Please arrive the venue 15 minutes in advance.
2. Suitable for children aged 3 and above and their families.
3. A handling fee of HKD 15 will be charged for each ticket; under no circumstances will the handling fee be refunded. (non-tax deductible)
4. Donations of HKD100 or above are tax deductible in Hong Kong, not included handling fee of HKD 15.
5. To arrange for a donation receipt, please fill in the application form https://forms.gle/2mGacfTi7WdnoBqq5, ILK Learning will forward the registration details to Heep Hong Society for issuing the receipt. All personal information provided will be kept strictly confidential. It will be used for issuing receipts and fundraising purposes only. 
6. Upon successful donation, you will receive a confirmation email. Donations cannot be cancelled or changed.
7. No refunds will be issued for tickets not collected by the deadline.
8. Each ticket is valid for one person only, and a valid ticket must be presented upon entry. Tickets will not be reissued if lost or damaged.
9. Tickets can only be used on the specified date, and once redeemed, they cannot be returned or exchanged. All redeemed tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for other offers. Please read the terms and conditions on the ticket before use; all details are based on the provisions listed on the ticket.
10. Tickets are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
11. Under no circumstances, such as venue maintenance, bad weather, or other reasons, will the organization or the event organizers be liable for any inability to use the tickets.
12. In case of any disputes, the event organisers reserve the right to make the final decision.
