Wheel yoga Class is a type of mat yoga practicing with a yoga wheel. We can make use of a yoga wheel to attain a deeper stretching and improve flexibility, particularly on expanding chest muscles, relieving back and shoulder tension, and strengthening backbends. Practicing with the wheel also helps build muscle strength, train body balance, and alleviate back pain. Students can use the wheel to address physical limitations and explore a wider range of body gesture. Each student will be equipped with a yoga wheel, suitable for beginners and yoga practitioners.
Fa (Samantha)
Fa has practiced yoga for over nine years, she became a yoga instructor in 2020. She teaches various types of yoga, including hatha yoga, yoga stretch, wheel yoga, aerial yoga, etc,. Fa has also taken other yoga-related courses, like applied kinesiology and anatomy, and aerial yoga so as to strive for self-enhancement.
Fa is a cheerful and active person, she always brings happiness to her class. She hopes that her joyful and dedicated teaching will attract more people to learn yoga, love yoga, and benefit from it.
Katrina
Katrina has been teaching yoga for over 7 years. She hopes to make progress with her students every day, enjoy the present moment with a positive and peaceful attitude, and share the fun and results of her practice in class.
