“Hatha” is a word of Sanskrit. “Ha” means the Sun and “tha” means the Moon. Hatha Yoga concentrates on the practice of postures (asanas) and breath control (pranayama) to energize the body and mind, and benefit to body flexibility, promote blood circulation, improve body postures, body muscle lines, sub-health state as well as relieve tension and depression in daily life. Variation would be provided based on students' abilities, you could feel the joy of yoga easily while practicing in the class.
Fa (Samantha)
Fa has practiced yoga for over nine years, she became a yoga instructor in 2020. She teaches various types of yoga, including hatha yoga, yoga stretch, wheel yoga, aerial yoga, etc,. Fa has also taken other yoga-related courses, like applied kinesiology and anatomy, and aerial yoga so as to strive for self-enhancement.
Fa is a cheerful and active person, she always brings happiness to her class. She hopes that her joyful and dedicated teaching will attract more people to learn yoga, love yoga, and benefit from it.
Cyan
Cyan began learning yoga due to back pain and gradually became fascinated with it. She obtained her yoga instructor certification and became a yoga instructor afterwards. Cyan never pursues challenging movements, she just wants to lay a solid foundation for her students in a safe and comfortable environment, helping them improve their physical health and achieve relaxation.
Tammy
Tammy has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 13years. She loves to guides students to discover amazing things on their bodies. She enjoyed teaching yoga and witnessed the transformation on her students.
