With the use of a hammock and the effect of gravity, numerous beautiful postures and yoga asanas could be combined to create a variety of elegant body movements. Aerial yoga could strengthen body coordination, body balance, muscle endurance, body flexibility, and also facilitate decompression, lymphatic drainage, edema reduction, and blood circulation. Each student will be equipped with a double-point hammock to warm up and practice a series of yoga asanas and body movement on the aerial hammock during the class. Suitable for beginners, those without joint injuries and who are not pregnant.
Fa (Samantha)
Fa has practiced yoga for over nine years, she became a yoga instructor in 2020. She teaches various types of yoga, including hatha yoga, yoga stretch, wheel yoga, aerial yoga, etc,. Fa has also taken other yoga-related courses, like applied kinesiology and anatomy, and aerial yoga so as to strive for self-enhancement.
Fa is a cheerful and active person, she always brings happiness to her class. She hopes that her joyful and dedicated teaching will attract more people to learn yoga, love yoga, and benefit from it.
Cynthia/Chingching
She fell in love with yoga when she started her yoga journey in 2012 and became a yoga instructor after obtaining her yoga instructor certification in 2019. The happiness and progress of her students became her motivation to continue teaching yoga. She hopes to share her yoga knowledge with more students and grow with them.
