45分鐘精簡手沖精品咖啡體驗從咖啡的香氣、酸度、濃度和風味 開始,介紹品味咖啡的步驟及學習手沖。 課程內容: 介紹手沖工具 示範沖煮過程 學員手沖體驗 手沖體驗步驟: 步驟1:磨咖啡豆、煮水 學習如何選擇合適的研磨度,並準備適當的水溫。 步驟2:放濾紙、倒入咖啡粉 正確放置濾紙,並均勻倒入適量的咖啡粉。 步驟3:悶蒸(第一次注水) 進行第一次注水,悶蒸咖啡粉以釋放香氣。 步驟4:沖泡(第二次注水) 進行第二次注水,控制水流和注水速度進行沖泡。 步驟5:萃取完畢、移除濾杯 萃取完畢後,移除濾杯,完成手沖咖啡的製作。

*衣著要求:室內會穿工作室的室內拖鞋,請預先穿襪子 

*條款及細則:

  • 只限參加者到場,不設他人陪伴
  • 如果參加者少於11歲,請提供確實年齡
  • 由於場地較多利器及其他參加者在場,不可於場地內奔跑或嬉戲
  • 於工作室內需要脫鞋(每天都會吸塵及拖地)
  • 如果擔心衛生問題,請穿襪子
