Specialty Coffee Cupping and Coffee Knowledge Course includes the following: Introduce the difference between Italian style and hand brewing Introduction to coffee villages, varieties, and origins What is specialty coffee? Introduction to hand punching tools Teach coffee tasting and explain coffee flavor Taste seasonal specialty coffee Hand brewing experience Taste the coffee and then explain the coffee flavor and techniques.

Course Date & Time: Mon - Sun and public holidays 10:00 - 22:00 

Course Duration: 120 minutes per session, 1 session per week, 1 session in total

Make-up Lesson: A notice of 7 days in advance is required for rescheduling once, and the makeup lesson should be scheduled within 1 month.

*Adverse Weather Arrangements: Classes will be rescheduled in the event of a Black Rainstorm Signal or Typhoon Signal No. 8. The makeup lessons should be scheduled within 30 days.

*Must prepare / purchase material:  Please wear socks in advance

Remarks: 

  • Only attendees can attend, no accompany is allowed 
  • If the participant is less than 11 years old, please provide the exact age.
  • Since there are many sharp objects and other participants present in the venue, kids are not allowed to run or play in the venue.
  • Participants need to take off your shoes in the studio (the floor will be vacuumed and mopped every day)
  • Please wear socks
