*Terms and Conditions:

1. PAYMENT: Reserved bookings are required to pay the full amount, if not otherwise stated, of the creation of a booking to secure the time slot. Crossfire reserves the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received. All drop in packages will not be reserved by payment and only state as confirmed by event date with notification. Crossfire reserve the right of cancelling booking with any reason.
2. RESCHEDULING: Customers may reschedule bookings without penalty if contacted 14 calendar days before the event date. If the Customer wishes to reschedule between 7-14 days of the event date, the Customer would be charged 50% of the total activity fee. There is no rescheduling if notice is given 7 days or less of the event date. Customers may reschedule their booking if Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal 8 is hoisted 4 hours before the event time.
3. CANCELLATIONS: If Customers have to cancel any bookings, the deposit which has been paid will not be refunded, while Crossfire also reserves the right to charge for the remaining balance for the activities.
4. PARTY PER HEAD CHARGES: The price is inclusive of the stated number of participants. Additional participants will be charged per person at the stated rate, to be invoiced on the day of the event. Upon payment of the deposit, the number of participants may only be increased; reductions to the number of participants are not permitted.
5. LOSS/DAMAGE: Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. Crossfire is not responsible for any property damage/loss during event.
6. CONSENT: Participants will be informed of safety precautions and Crossfire will not be responsible for any injury or illness due to the use of any facilities/equipment at the designated venue.
7. ASSUMPTION OF RISK: Participants are in healthy condition and are aware of the risks of the activities. Participation is entirely voluntary.
8. INDEMNITY: Participants waive their right to sue any employees, Directors, and related parties of Crossfire in case of negligence or any other reason.
