(此文章轉貼 ET Net財經生活網) (This Article was originally published on ET Net財經生活網) 女本柔弱，為母則剛！雖然今天的大都會女性不再柔弱，而是以智慧見稱，但披上「母親」身分即變剛強的天性卻是不變。身為三孩之母的張逸芳（Yvonne），便將對孩子的愛轉化成創業動力，把「每個媽媽都想子女擁有最好教育」的理念藉ILK Learning實踐出來，務求讓家長有一個透明、安全可靠的平台，以最便捷、最有效的方式，為子女搜尋合適的課程與活動，與此同時將優質教育推薦給家長們。 創業念頭　源於親身經驗 於2022年獲選加入「數碼港培育計劃」的ILK Learning是一個課程搜尋訂購平台，專為物色兒童學習、教育活動、親職課程等的家長而設。如斯創業念頭，源於Yvonne及身邊家長朋友的經驗。「我本身是一名在職媽媽，平日工作已十分繁忙，但亦要兼顧3名兒子的學習需要，希望給予他們最好的教育。不過要為他們搜尋合適而真正具質素的課程及課外活動絕不容易，只能靠口碑和朋友推薦。雖然網上找到各式各樣兒童課程資料，但不少都是靠SEO或網上廣告推送，感覺不太可靠。」 Yvonne續指，不少家長還有這樣的經驗：試報課程以了解是否適合子女，但每每發現課程欠佳，因而花費大量金錢、時間，對於一些節儉的家長甚或基層家庭構成負擔。「無論是衣、食、住、行都有不同的比較和預訂平台，方便我們物色所需服務。既然今天的教育已成為『必需品』，為何我們可為一碗數十元的雲吞麵做搜尋比較，看到食客的評語，卻沒有為價值數百元課程設立的搜尋平台，讓家長看到課程口碑才作決定？」Yvonne因此展開其創業之旅，而ILK就是她的心聲：I Love Kids！ 嚴選優質課程　重視孩子全人發展 要創立教育課程平台，首先當然要有課程。Yvonne坦言，起初物色教育課程上架，只靠自己挨家挨戶到不同教育機構拜訪查詢。不過這個「叩門」舉動非無意義，皆因身為母親的Yvonne深明課程質素對孩子學習、成長的重要性，所以每次拜訪並非單單邀請教育機構加盟，而是透過面談作深入了解，從而篩選真正優質的課程放在ILK Learning的平台。 在她四出尋訪課程上架的過程當中，她亦為三名寶貝兒子覓得足球良師，「我三個小朋友好喜歡踢足球，之前試過不同的足球訓練班，想不到在物色課程上架的過程中，找到適合兒子的足球班，真正讓他們技能提升，玩得好開心」她表示，現在不用兜兜轉轉為兒子尋找課程，可以更好利用時間，有更多親子時間。 而Yvonne創立ILK Learning的另一個目標是讓教育工作者有發光發亮的平台給家長們認識。Yvonne表示，坊間其實有不少有心、優質的教育機構和導師，但礙於不懂宣傳，尤其未能掌握當今社交媒體的市場推廣，因而難被家長發掘。「所以我們為合作夥伴提供『0』上架費，在毋須成本、沒有壓力的情況下，家長們都可接觸得到這些教育機構。」 Yvonne在篩選教育機構及其課程還有一大要求，就是有關機構必須擅長於相關教育範疇；即使一個機構開辦多個課程，但若課程的理念、師資等不符合要求，Yvonne亦不會上架。隨着ILK Learning的規模擴展，合作夥伴的邀請與課程篩選模式已建立，相關工作亦不再單由Yvonne負責，而是她整個團隊一同參與。此外，Yvonne亦以母親的角度出發，上架的課程不會只偏重學術，而是着重「8Q」，即AQ（逆境商數）、CQ（創意商數）、EQ（情商）、FQ（理財商數）、HQ（健康商數）、LQ（愛商）、IQ（智商）、WQ（意志商數）兼重，務求孩子得到全人發展。 重視無縫體驗　新平台增評分功能 正因市場對這種課程搜尋訂購平台有殷切需要，故ILK Learning創立只短短兩年，已有數千名會員註冊，同時每月有數十個合作夥伴加盟。而ILK Learning亦已發展成一個無縫連接的平台，讓家長由課程搜尋到報名、付款一起呵成；且支援不同付款模式，並設有訂單管理功能，方便家長查看訂單狀態及付款紀錄。Yvonne形容像她這樣的三孩之母，每位孩子都參與3、4項課程或課外活動，繳費成為一大苦腦。而ILK Learning可一個平台處理所有課程的學費支付，令家長更輕鬆。 平台並會詳列各個課程的教學內容、教學模式、導師資歷等詳細資訊，家長只要透過ILK Learning的智能搜尋功能，即可以關鍵字、地區、科目或活動類型、時間等即可篩選心儀課程。即使是外遊或不同原因需要為子女轉堂、延期上堂，亦可經平台處理。 為給予家長更流暢的使用體驗，ILK Learning將推出全新平台；除了提升搜尋功能，亦致力凝聚會員，增設課程評分及留言評論功能，為對課程有興趣的家長提供更多參考資訊。對於ILK Learning的發展至這個階段，Yvonne不諱言一切得來不易。「慶幸我們在2022年加入數碼港的培育計劃，得到數碼港的栽培，並且獲基金資助、一對一輔導，以及到日本交流的機會等，讓我在創業路上得到全方位支援。」
