KINGS是香港首間藝術體操學府，由藝術體操專家Dr Yolanda Ng以運動訓練學編制的博士訓練課程教授學生，提供藝術體操專業知識。 KINGS為香港藝術體操界率先引進英國KINGS藝術體操考試課程，銜接英國皇家藝術體操考試，KINGS學生3歲即可考取第一張國際證書。

練習藝術體操可有助孩子增強肌肉協調性及自信，培養優雅氣質，變得勇於創新及迎接挑戰，發展全面而正向的人格。另能在團體學習中學懂尊重及欣賞每個人的努力堅持，學懂持之以恆、感染他人等美德。
